- 1 sheet Sweet Loren’s puff pastry
- 1 cup prepared vegetable pot pie filling* (can use your own recipe or opt for cream of mushroom with veggies added)
- Egg wash or milk of choice

preparation
step 1 Preheat oven to 425º F.
step 2 Cut the puff pastry sheet in half down the center. Slice each half into 6 squares, leaving 12 squares total.
step 3 Use a small circle cutter or a knife to remove the center of 6 of the squares, leaving a 1/2 inch border.
step 4 Brush the full squares with egg wash and attach the cut out squares to each to create a danish shape.
step 5 Divide the pot pie filling into the center of each (pastry will rise around filling)
step 6 Bake at 425º F for 14-16 minutes, or until golden brown.
