preparation
step 1 Preheat the oven to 425°F.Ā
Ā step 2Ā Roll out 1 package of Sweet Lorenās Puff Pastry Dough. Score the puff pastry around the edges 1 inch from the border. Brush the outer edge with egg wash.
step 3 Bake the puff pastry in the oven for 15-18 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Remove the puff pastry from the oven. Press down any areas in the center that have puffed up.Ā
step 4 While the puff pastry cools, add the cream cheese, mascarpone, granulated sugar, and heavy whipping cream to a bowl. Beat the mixture together with a hand mixer until combined.
step 5 Spread the mixture in an even layer onto the center of the cooled puff pastry. Top with the mixed berries and mint leaves. Enjoy!Ā
