Shipping & Returns

  • Cookie Dough is guaranteed to last 100 days refrigerated. If frozen upon arrival, Cookie Dough will last two additional months after the Best Buy date.
  • Cookie Dough is shipped frozen. Product is perishable so please place in refrigerator or freezer immediately upon arrival. Caution: dry ice is included.
  • We ship to the continental United States (48 states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
  • Return policy: all sales are final. However, if you have any issues, please contact our team and we will be happy to address them right away at shop@sweetlorens.com.

Shipping Schedule

  • Orders placed Monday – Wednesday by 12pm ET will ship the same day via FedEx 1-3 day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm ET will ship following day for 1-3 day delivery.
  • Orders placed Thursday – Friday will ship for Saturday delivery if the destination is within FedEx 1-2 shipping zone, otherwise orders will ship Monday.
  • Orders placed after 12pm ET Friday – Sunday will ship the following Monday via FedEx 1-3 day delivery.
