Our dough is completely safe to eat raw, but here’s our recipe for you to bake the perfect cookie in minutes.
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 325°F.
Place one or all cookie dough portions 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
Bake 10-12 minutes for a soft and chewy cookie. 13-14 minutes for a crispier cookie.
Remove from oven and let sit on baking sheet – cookies continue to bake as they cool. Enjoy!
Tip: For an added touch of sweetness, drizzle our easy to make, 2-ingredient confectioners glaze (1 cup confectioners sugar mixed with 1 tbsp water) on top for an Iced Oatmeal Cranberry Cookie!
