- 1 Package Sweet Loren's Lemon Cookie Dough
- 12oz container of TruWhip or frozen whipped topping of choice
- 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- Quartered lemon slices, for garnish
- Mint leaves, for garnish

Is it Lemon Cookie season yet? 😋 Pucker up for these adorable Lemon Cookie Cups! 🍋 These simple, sweet, and tangy treats are made with our delicious Sweet Loren's Lemon cookie dough. Top them with your favorite non-dairy whipped topping, fresh berries, or a sprinkle of powdered sugar for an extra touch of sweetness. They're perfect for parties, picnics, or a delightful afternoon snack.
preparation
step 1 Preheat the oven to 350°F.
step 2 Place each piece of Sweet Loren’s Lemon Cookie Dough into a muffin tin. Press the cookie dough into the bottom and sides of the pan so that it molds the shape of a cup.
step 3 Bake in oven for 8-9 minutes. Remove the cookie cups from the oven and use the back of a spoon to help mold the cup shape. Allow to cool completely.
step 4 In the meantime, whisk together whipped cream topping, sweetened condensed milk (optional), and lemon juice until combined. Keep the filling in the fridge until you're ready to fill the cookie cups.
step 5 Spoon the filling into the lemon cookie cups. Garnish with a lemon slice and mint leaves. Enjoy!
