Wow your guests with surprise Brookie Cups! You never know what fun fillings you'll find inside these fudgy brownie and sugar cookie mashup brookies.

yield: 12 Brookie Cups
- 1 package Sweet Loren's Sugar Cookie Dough
- 1 package Sweet Loren’s Fudgy Brownie Cookie Dough
- Assortment of Oreos, Potato Chips, Pretzels and/or Chocolate Chips
- Colorful sprinkles
step 1 Preheat oven to 325°F and thaw packages of Cookie Dough to room temperature so they become soft to touch.
step 2 Grease a 12-count muffin pan with coconut oil or cooking spray.
step 3 Press 1 Fudgy Brownie cookie dough portion into each cupcake cavity until the pan is completely filled.
step 4 Next, press the fillings of your choice (Oreos, Potato Chips, Pretzels or Chocolate Chips) on top of each cookie dough portion in the pan.
step 5 Lastly, top off each muffin cavity with a Sugar Cookie Dough portion. Press sprinkles into the top.
step 6 Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cookies have risen into cookie cups and edges are lightly golden.
step 7 Cool pan on a wire baking rack for at least 25 minutes. Don’t remove the brownie muffins from the pan until completely cooled. Enjoy!
step 9 Optional: drizzle melted chocolate, caramel sauce or peanut butter on top for the added sundae feel. Enjoy!
