- 1 package Sweet Loren’s Puff Pastry
- 1 (8oz) package Charcutnuvo Mini Beef Franks
- Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 Tbsp milk)
- 1 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp whole grain mustard
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- Juice from 1/4 of a lemon
- Pinch of salt

preparation
step 1 Preheat the oven to 425°F. Roll out the Sweet Loren’s Puff Pastry Dough it into 3 even strips lengthwise.
step 2 Cut each strip again into thirds so that you have 9 rectangles. Cut each rectangle in half diagonally so that you have triangles.
step 3 Fold the corners at the wider end of the triangle in ¼ inch. Add on one mini beef frank then roll it up to the tip. Repeat this process to make the remaining pigs in a blanket.
step 4 Place each onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the puff pastry with egg wash, then sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on the top.
step 5 Bake it in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
step 6 While the pigs in a blanket bake, add the mayo, mustard, maple syrup, lemon juice, and salt into a bowl. Mix until combined.
step 7 Serve the pigs in a blanket with the dipping sauce. Enjoy!
