- 1 package Sweet Loren's Lemon Cookie Dough
- 4-5 large strawberries, diced
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 lemon, for zest
preparation
step 1 Remove Sweet Loren’s Cookie Dough from the fridge and soften, at room temperature, about 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 325F.
step 2 Dice strawberries, then add them to a paper towel and pat dry to remove excess moisture. Next, mix strawberries with approximately 1 tbsp of honey.
step 3 Add lemon cookie dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Flatten each piece with the back of a spoon and add 1/2 a tsp. of diced strawberries. Carefully knead strawberries into cookie dough forming each piece into a ball then adding back to the baking sheet.
step 4 Bake cookies approximately 16 minutes. Remove from oven, top with fresh lemon zest, and enjoy!
