- 1 package Sweet Loren’s Puff Pastry Dough
- 4 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ⅓ cup crumbled feta
- 4 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- ½ tsp dried oregano

These Spinach & Feta Pinwheels are a party pleaser! Flaky puff pastry swirls filled with savory spinach and feta cheese, perfect for appetizers or a light lunch. They're easy to make and disappear in a flash!
preparation
step 1 Add the cream cheese, mozzarella, feta, spinach, and oregano into a bowl. Mix the ingredients together until well combined.
step 2 Roll out the Sweet Loren’s Puff Pastry Dough. Spread the feta mixture out into an even layer all over the puff pastry. Roll the puff pastry up lengthwise into a log. Wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
step 3 Preheat the oven to 425°F. Unwrap the puff pastry then cut it into ½ inch thick slices.
step 4 Place it onto a baking sheet, spacing them 1-inch apart. Bake it in the oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
