- Egg/Milk Wash of Your Choice
- 1 Package of Sweet Loren's Salted Caramel Chocolate Cookie Dough
- Caramel Squares of Your Choice
- Melted Chocolate of Your Choice (optional)
- Flaky Sea Salt (optional)

preparation
step 1 Roll out Sweet Loren's Puff Pastry. Using a small knife, carefully create a 1 inch thick border. Then, use a fork to prick holes in the pastry.
step 2 Brush with egg wash if desired for a golden brown finish on your pastry. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes, and then remove from the oven.
step 3 Place the Salted Caramel Chocolate cookie around the puff pastry roughly 1-2 inches apart. Return the puff pastry to the oven and bake until golden brown.
step 4 Once it becomes golden brown, remove from oven and place additional caramels as needed on top of the cookie dough. Return to the oven until caramels are melted.
step 5 Remove from the oven, drizzle with your favorite chocolate, sprinkle with some flaky sea salt, and enjoy!
