Your favorite childhood snack is back and better than ever. Flaky, crispy and oh so savory! Eat them plain or dunk in ketchup, this is kid approved and loved.
preparation
step 1 Preheat oven to 425F.
step 2 Unroll the Puff Pastry sheet. Cut the pastry into 2-inch wide strips. Cut the strip in half and then further into triangles.
step 3 Take each cocktail-sized hot dog or mini sausage and wrap it snugly with a strip of Puff Pastry, ensuring the ends overlap slightly. Press gently to seal.
step 4 Place the wrapped hot dogs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
step 5 Bake in the preheated oven according to the Puff Pastry package until golden brown and puffed (about 12-15 minutes).
step 6 Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
step 7 Serve warm with mustard or ketchup for dipping, if desired.
