Made with Sweet Loren's crispy, flaky puff pastry and filled with gooey mozzarella and zesty pepperoni, they're perfect for dipping in marinara, ranch, or your favorite sauce. Get ready for a flavor flashback!
preparation
step 1 Preheat the oven to 425°F. Roll out the Sweet Loren’s Puff Pastry Dough.
step 2 Cut the dough into 4 evenly sized rectangles. Spread a spoonful of the pizza sauce onto the center of each rectangle. Top the sauce with a few slices of pepperoni and mozzarella. Â
step 3 Fold one side of the puff pastry over the filling onto the other side. Fold the other half on top. Pinch the seam together. Crimp the top and bottom seams together.Â
step 4 Place the pizza puffs onto a baking sheet. Gently pierce the tops of them with a fork and brush on the egg wash.
step 5 Bake it in the oven for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Serve with additional pizza sauce and enjoy!
