- 1 Sweet Loren's Pie Crust Dough
- Egg wash (1 large egg beaten together with 1 Tbsp milk) or alternative
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
- 8 oz cream cheese or plant-based alternative, at room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Pie crust... but make it chips! These crispy, delights use Sweet Loren's Pie Crust and are perfect for dipping into a sweet and creamy cinnamon sauce. It's an unexpected dessert (or a fun snack!) that will have everyone wanting more.
preparation
step 1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
step 2 Roll out the Sweet Loren's Pie Crust then use your favorite cookie cutters to cut out shapes. Place the shapes onto a baking sheet.
step 3 In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon to make a cinnamon sugar.
step 4 Brush the tops of the chips with the egg wash, then sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
step 5 Bake them in the oven for 8-12 minutes depending on the sizes of your 'chips'. They should be golden brown. Remove them from the oven and allow them to cool.
step 6 Add the cream cheese or alternative, powdered sugar, and pumpkin pie spice to a bowl. Use a hand mixer to whip the dip together until well combined.
step 7 Serve the dip with the pie crust chips and enjoy!
