preparation
step 1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
step 2 Unroll Puff Pastry dough. Cut Sweet Loren’s Puff Pastry into bagel shapes with a 3-inch ring cutter or small bowl.
step 3 Brush with egg wash and top generously with everything seasoning.
step 4 Let cool, then top with whipped cream cheese, smoked salmon, capers, red onion, and dill. Enjoy!
