- 1 package Sweet Loren's Puff Pastry
- 4 strips of no sugar bacon, cut in half
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 tbsp green onion
- Fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Your new breakfast obsession. Egg, bacon and cheese in a savory puff pastry square. Simply unroll your puff pastry, cut into squares, top & bake.
preparation
step 1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Roll out puff pastry on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
step 2 Cut puff pastry into 4 equal-sized rectangles, then score a border on each one with a small knife.
step 3 Top each rectangle with two pieces of bacon. We recommend using a thinly sliced bacon, such as no sugar bacon.
step 4 Bake for 6-7 minutes, remove from oven, top each pastry evenly with mozzarella and one egg.
step 5 Return to oven and bake for another 6-8 minutes or until egg yolk reaches desired consistency.
step 6 Top with fresh cracked black pepper and green onions!
