preparation
step 1 Roll out Sweet Loren's Puff Pastry. Using a small knife, carefully create a 1 inch thick border. Then, use a fork to prick holes in the pastry.
step 2 Brush with egg wash if desired for a golden brown finish on your pastry. Bake at 425 degrees according to package instructions.
step 3 While pastry bakes, combine feta, basil, garlic, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice in a food processor. Process until smooth!
step 4 Once pastry cools, use the back of a spoon to flatten center. Then, spread basil whipped feta across. Top with thinly sliced heirloom tomatoes (I recommend patting them dry first with a paper towel to remove excess moisture).
step 5 Finish with fresh basil, olive oil drizzle, and flaky seat salt!
