● 1 Sweet Loren’s Pie Crust
● 8 large eggs
● 1 ⅓ cup half and half, or alternative of your choice
● salt and pepper, for seasoning
● 1 cup chopped baby spinach
● 1 cup chopped cooked bacon
● 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
● ¼ cup sliced green onions
● Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp milk)

Calling all quiche lovers! This Bacon Cheddar & Spinach Quiche is about to become your new favorite. Made with Sweet Loren's Pie Crust and loaded with flavor, it's the perfect way to start your day (or impress your friends at brunch!).
preparation
step 1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
step 2 Roll out the Sweet Loren's Pie Crust dough and fit it into a deep 9-inch pie dish. Crimp the edges with your fingers.
step 3 Add the eggs, half & half (or alternative), and pepper into a bowl. Whisk it together until combined.
step 4 Layer the spinach, bacon, 1 cup of the mozzarella, and green onion into the pie crust. Pour in the egg mixture. Sprinkle the remaining cup of mozzarella on top.
step 5 Brush the egg wash onto the edges of the crust then bake the quiche in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Check to make sure the crust is not turning too brown 15-20 minutes into the baking process. If the crust is becoming too brown, cover the edges with foil and continue to bake until the filling is cooked.
step 6 Remove the quiche from the oven and cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
