preparation
step 1 Preheat oven to 425F.
step 2 Place dough (with no parchment paper) on a baking sheet.
step 3 Pre-bake the crust for 5 minutes with no toppings on.
step 4 Remove the crust from the oven and top with shredded gruyere cheese.
step 5 Brush edges lightly with olive oil (optional)
step 6 Bake 5-7 more minutes until light golden brown crust and cheese has melted.
step 7 Top with fresh arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Slice & enjoy!
