- 4 oz baby broccoli
- 3 tablespoons pesto
- 1⁄3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon preserved lemon, chopped
- 4 oz fresh burrata

Bursting with the bright, fresh flavors of lemon and baby broccoli, this simple recipe is elevated by creamy burrata and a drizzle of pizza oil, which adds a delicious kick.
preparation
step 1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
step 2 Unroll Pizza Crust and remove from parchment. Place on a baking sheet and brush edges with Pizza Oil. Bake for 5 minutes.
step 3 Add broccoli to boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Shock in ice water to stop cooking. (Slice larger pieces of baby broccoli into thinner strips if needed).
step 4 Spread the pesto on the pizza crust, leaving a 1-inch border. Sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese, then top with baby broccoli and preserved lemon.
step 5 Bake for 5-6 minutes until the cheese is bubbling. Add burrata to the center and garnish with Pizza Oil and basil leaves. Serve hot and enjoy!
