You may be wondering…what is a Brookie? A Brookie is a brownie/cookie mashup featuring your two favorite flavors of Sweet Loren’s Cookie Dough baked into a dessert dream come true.
You can bake a Brookie in a brownie pan, muffin tin, skillet, or however you like. Make it your own with your favorite add-ins and toppings like nuts, ice cream, and marshmallows. How to Enter the Brookie Bake Off:
- Bake up your take of The Brookie (remember you’ll need to use two different Sweet Loren’s Cookie Dough flavors!)
- Post to your social media account on Instagram or Facebook tagging us @sweetlorens and include #sweetlorensbrookie.

Because last year’s Brookie Bake Off was so successful, I am so excited to launch our 2nd Annual Brookie Bake Off! As many of you know, Brookies are my all-time favorite recipe to make with Sweet Loren’s. It’s a dessert that wows yet it so easy to make.
Exciting news: My husband and I are happy to share we are now expecting our first child! So I’ve been enjoying making S’mores Brookies during my pregnancy to satisfy my sweet tooth cravings 🙂 It’s been the perfect recipe to easily put together for us or to serve when friends and family come over for dinner.
