PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees F.

UNROLL pie dough and remove paper. Place in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp edges if desired.

ADD prepared filling. If making double pie crust or lattice topping, do so now.

BRUSH egg wash or milk of choice (e.g. coconut milk) to promote browning. For sweet recipes, sprinkle crust with sugar for extra flavor.

BAKE 35-45 minutes, or until done (can take longer depending on fillings and oven).

REMOVE from oven, let pie cool slightly. Slice and enjoy!
