Ingredients
- 1 package Sweet Loren’s Sugar Cookie Dough
- 1 jar raspberry jam/preserves, or flavor of choice
There are two ways to prepare this recipe.
1. For those who prefer their jam stickier, baked into the cookie:

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Place each Sweet Loren’s cookie dough portion on a cookie sheet.

Using your thumb, create a little well in the center of a disc of dough (making sure to not go all the way through the dough).

Then add a spoonful of your favorite filling to fill up the well. We like to add a fresh ingredient on top, for instance, we like to add a fresh raspberry on top of the raspberry jam filling once the cookies come out of the oven, or slivered almonds on top of the almond butter filling.

Bake until light golden brown, about 12-14 minutes.
- Take out of the oven, let cool. Enjoy!
2. For those who like their jam softer, straight from the jar:

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Place cookie dough portions on a baking sheet, about 2 inches apart from one another so they have room to spread. Place cookie discs on parchment paper for easier clean up.
- Bake until light golden brown, 13-15 minutes.
- After removing the pan from the oven, and cookies are still hot, press down on the top of each cookie with a spoon and place your favorite jam or preserves in the middle.
- Allow cookies to cool for 5-10 minutes before enjoying!
