Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies with Collagen Icing

1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 325℉.

2. Place cookie discs on ungreased baking sheet 2 inches apart. For easier clean up, place on parchment paper.

3. Bake 11-14 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Since ovens vary, check at the shortest time and add time as needed.

4. Cool cookies on wire cooling rack for 15-20 minutes.

5. While the cookies are cooling, you can make your collagen icing. Begin by combining Bubs Naturals Collagen protein, confectioners sugar, water, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Mix until smooth. Add a little more water if you’d like a thinner icing, add less water if you’d like a thicker icing.

6. Dip half of each cooled cookie into the icing or decorate your cookie as you’d like.

7. Allow to set for 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Pro Baking Tip: Store in an airtight container on the counter for 1-2 days.
