Strawberry Maca Smoothie with Cookies

We’ve joined forces with a few of our friends @threepeaksnz@gosiliproducts & @kos to celebrate Earth Day with this Strawberry Maca Smoothie with freshly baked Sweet Loren’s Chocolate Chunk Cookies.

We made this fresh + flavorful Strawberry Maca Smoothie made with delicious clean ingredients like strawberries, @kos Maca Powder, @threepeaksnz Manuka Honey, served in a glass with our favorite reusable straw by @gosiliproducts

Bake time: 13 minutes

Ingredients
  • 4 portions Sweet Loren’s Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough
  • 5-6 strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana, chopped & frozen
  • 1 cup oat milk or other plant based milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey (we recommend Three Peaks Manuka Honey)
  • 1 scoop KOS Maca powder or your favorite protein powder
  • ¾ cup ice cubes
  • 4 portions Sweet Loren’s Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 325℉.
  2. Place cookie dough portions 2 inches apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake 11-14 minutes. Since ovens vary, check at the shortest time and add time as needed.
  4. Cool cookies on a wire cooling rack for 8-10 minutes.
  5. To make the smoothie, combine remaining ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  6. Divide smoothie among 2 cups and enjoy with a side of baked cookies! View photo
