Strawberries & Chocolate Chunk Cookie Pie

Strawberries & Chocolate Chunk Cookie Pie


  • 1 package Sweet Loren’s Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough 
  • 34 strawberries, sliced 
  • ⅓ cup chocolate hazelnut spread
  • Vanilla ice cream, optional


  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and grease your pie dish with cooking spray or coconut oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Allow Cookie Dough to soften and come to room temperature, about 20 minutes. 
  3. Press Cookie Dough portions into the greased pan and bake for 15-18 minutes. 
  4. Allow cookie to cool completely then spread chocolate hazelnut spread over it. 
  5. Decorate with sliced strawberries! 
  6. Serve with ice cream if desired. Enjoy!
