Shipping

  • Cookie Dough is guaranteed to last 100 days refrigerated. If frozen upon arrival, Cookie Dough will last two additional months after the Best Buy date.
  • Cookie Dough is shipped frozen. Product is perishable so please place in refrigerator or freezer immediately upon arrival. Caution: dry ice is included.
  • We ship to the continental United States (48 states, excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
  • Return policy: all sales are final. However, if you have any issues, please contact our team and we will be happy to address them right away at shop@sweetlorens.com.

*SHIPPING SCHEDULE*
– Orders placed Monday – Wednesday by 12pm ET will ship same day via FedEx 1-3 day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm ET will ship following day for 1-3 day delivery.
– Orders placed Thursday – Friday will ship for Saturday delivery if the destination is within FedEx 1-2 shipping zone, otherwise orders will ship Monday.
– Orders placed after 12pm ET Friday – Sunday will ship the following Monday via FedEx 1-3 day delivery.

Instructions

  1. Set the oven for time and temperature listed based on oven type.
  2. Place cookie dough portions 2” apart on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  3. Rotate baking sheet halfway through the baking time for an even bake.
  4. Let cookies cool before serving.

*Since ovens vary, check at the shortest time and add time as needed. If baking from refrigerated, reduce baking time by 2-3 minutes.

Handling Instructions

To maintain Allergen Free status, please take the following precautions to avoid cross-contamination:

  • Wash & sanitize all equipment and surfaces used to prepare, store, and/or display products.
  • Use a separate set of utensils designated for Gluten Free items only.
  • Wash hands thoroughly and use a new pair of gloves.
  • Ensure that product does not come in contact with any other product containing these allergens at any point in the prep, baking, storing, or serving process.
