Preheat oven or toaster oven to 325℉.
Place cookie discs on ungreased baking sheet 2 inches apart. For easier clean up, place on parchment paper.
Bake until light golden 11-13 min. for a soft and chewy cookie. 13-15 min. for a crispier cookie.
Take out and let cool. Note: as cookies cool, they tend to bake a little more. Enjoy!
