Peppermint Ice Cream with Cookie Dough

  •  Sweet Loren’s Double Chocolate Edible Brownie Batter 12 oz (only half of the cup will be used)
  • 1 pint NadaMoo! Peppermint Ice Cream


  1. Scoop ½ teaspoonfuls of Edible Brownie Batter, roll into balls, and place onto a plate. Freeze or refrigerate balls of dough until ready to eat the ice cream.
  2. Scoop Nadamoo ice cream into your single-serve bowl/cup and press 8-10 Edible Brownie Batter balls into the ice cream.
  3. Repeat step 2 with however many servings of ice cream you’re preparing. You can make 3-5 servings with 1 pint of ice cream. Enjoy!
