St. Patrick’s Day Matcha-Iced Sugar Cookies & Shamrock Sour Cocktail Recipe

Description

We’re teaming up Navy Hill and Sunfood to bring you this festive + delicious St. Patrick’s Day cocktail and dessert pairing!


Ingredients

Scale

Matcha-Iced Sugar Cookies

  • 1 package Sweet Loren’s Cookie Dough
  • 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
  • 3 teaspoons plant-based milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Sunfood matcha powder

Shamrock Sour (1 glass)

🍀 1 oz. Vodka

🍀 1 oz. muskmelon liqueur (optional)

🍀 .75 oz. pineapple juice

🍀 .75 oz. fresh lime juice

🍀 3 thin slices of cucumber

🍀 2 mint sprigs

🍀 1 egg white

🍀 Navy Hill Original Club Soda


Instructions

Matcha-Iced Sugar Cookies

  1. Bake cookies acceding to directions on pack.
  2. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  3. Whisk all ingredients together until blended.
  4. Dip sugar cookies halfway into icing and let set for 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Shamrock Sour (1 glass)

To Make:

🍀 Add Vodka, muskmelon liqueur, pineapple and lime juices to a shaking tin.

🍀 Add two slices of cucumber and one mint spring to the cocktail and gently muddle ingredients.

🍀 Add egg white and dry shake the mixture briefly to fully incorporate the egg.

🍀 Add ice and vigorously shake the cocktail until chilled.

🍀 Strain into a small Collins glass bottomed with 1.5 oz of club soda. Top with additional club soda as necessary to bring the cocktail to the top of a glass. (Drink is served up, no ice.)

🍀 (Optional) Garnish with a mint leaf and cucumber slice. Enjoy! 💚
