Total time: 25 minutes
Prep time: 10 minutes
Bake time: 14 minutes
12 Servings
  • 1 package Sweet Loren’s Sugar Cookie Dough
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream or 8 oz can coconut cream (refrigerated)
  • 3 tablespoons confectioners sugar
  • 5 strawberries or other berries of choice, sliced
  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Place the cookie discs 2 inches apart on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake 11-14 minutes. Since ovens vary, check at the shortest time and add time as needed.
