Marbled Pumpkin-Shaped Cookies

  • 6 portions Sweet Loren’s Fudgy Brownie Cookie Dough
  • 6 portions Sweet Loren’s Sugar Cookie Dough
  • Gluten free flour, for sprinkling
  • Pumpkin shaped cookie cutter


  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Remove Cookie Dough from the fridge or freezer and allow to come to room temperature, about 20 minutes; just until soft to the touch.
  3. Lay out a large piece of parchment paper and sprinkle with the gluten free flour.
  4. On the parchment paper, mold the Fudgy Brownie cookie dough into a log and do the same to the Sugar cookie dough.
  5. Twist together the logs of dough so they become marbleized.
  6. Gently roll out the twisted dough on the floured surface until it’s around ¼” thick.
  7. Use the pumpkin cookie cutter to create the cookie cutouts. It should make about 9-10 cookies.
  8. Place onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, at least 2 inches apart in case the cookies spread.
  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes, checking at the shortest amount of time.
  10. Allow to cool completely before eating or storing in a container. Enjoy!
