All treats & no tricks for this special Halloween with these Marbled Pumpkin-Shaped Cookies, made with Sweet Loren’s Fudgy Brownie and Sugar Cookie Dough by @healthbyshortstack!

Marbled Pumpkin-Shaped Cookies

- 6 portions Sweet Loren’s Fudgy Brownie Cookie Dough
- 6 portions Sweet Loren’s Sugar Cookie Dough
- Gluten free flour, for sprinkling
- Pumpkin shaped cookie cutter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Remove Cookie Dough from the fridge or freezer and allow to come to room temperature, about 20 minutes; just until soft to the touch.
- Lay out a large piece of parchment paper and sprinkle with the gluten free flour.
- On the parchment paper, mold the Fudgy Brownie cookie dough into a log and do the same to the Sugar cookie dough.
- Twist together the logs of dough so they become marbleized.
- Gently roll out the twisted dough on the floured surface until it’s around ¼” thick.
- Use the pumpkin cookie cutter to create the cookie cutouts. It should make about 9-10 cookies.
- Place onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, at least 2 inches apart in case the cookies spread.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, checking at the shortest amount of time.
- Allow to cool completely before eating or storing in a container. Enjoy!
