As we all share this 50th Anniversary of Earth Day with a heightened sense of planetary and personal health, we at Sweet Loren’s also want to share a note of hope and inspiration.

GMOs are organisms whose genetic material has been artificially manipulated in a lab by genetic engineering, creating combinations of plant, animal, bacteria, and virus genes that do not occur in nature. GMOs also promote the use of pesticides and risk the purity of non-GMO crops. We just don’t find that very natural.
That is why we choose to use non-GMO, plant-based ingredients.
