We hear the term “superfood” all the time. But, how to bake with them is the tougher question. At Sweet Loren’s, we are all about healthy, delicious living, so we jumped on the superfood train to pack the most into our recipes for you.

Superfoods are great for you because they’re ingredients that pack a big nutritional punch, and are great sources of micronutrients such as vitamins, minerals, fiber, and protein.

So, we created a blend of our favorite superfoods that are just as tasty as they are nutritious:

Chopped Walnuts

Oats

Flax Seeds

Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

and

Dried Cranberries
