No way these are gluten free, they are way too delicious. This recipe is fabulous and these are so easy to bake. I baked for 15 minutes and they came out perfect. I like my cookies crispy – but you can also bake for 12-14 minutes if you like them chewier. One cookie is 6 grams of fat, 60 mg of sodium, 10 grams of sugars and one gram of protein. Making and eating chocolate chip cookies can’t get any better. No HFCS or anything artificial.
