Banana Ice Cream


Let’s be honest, making ice cream from scratch is no simple undertaking, which is why I’m obsessed with banana “ice cream”. It’s creamy, delicious, healthy, and comes together in under 5 minutes (provided you have bananas in the freezer already). Serve with one of our freshly baked Peanut Butter Chocolate cookies and you have heaven in a bowl.




  • 1 Freshly baked Sweet Loren’s cookie (we loved Peanut Butter Chocolate)
  • 2 Bananas, sliced and frozen


  1. Place frozen banana slices in a food processor and blend, scrapping down the sides periodically, until smooth. TIP: you can add water or coconut milk for a creamier consistency.
  2. Scoop into a bowl and serve with a warm cookie

*This is a great base recipe to build off of, you can add chocolate chunks, coconut flakes, cookie crumbles, nuts-you name it! Just add to food processor with the banana slices for a well blended mix or sprinkle it on as a topping!
