- 1 package Sweet Loren’s Oatmeal Cranberry Cookie Dough
- 2 apples
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 300 F
- Slice apples in half. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Place a disc of dough on the flesh side of apple with the skin side resting on a baking sheet. Cover the flesh of the apple with the oatmeal cranberry dough.
- Bake apples, for 20-25 minutes until cookie topping is light brown and crispy, and apples are soft.
- Serve warm and top with ice cream and caramel sauce if desired.
